Every project you request is queued in your personal ticketing system. We’ll work on one project at a time, including unlimited revisions, and your marketing manager can begin a new project as soon as the current one is closed out.

When clients request a specific deliverable (flyer, email design, social media post), then absolutely! In fact, requests like this are likely to be completed in just 48 hours.
However, we know many clients prefer to request multi-step projects (like campaigns, email drip streams, or a month of social media content). If something requested is determined to be a multi-step project, your marketing manager will reach out via email to break down the details and provide an estimated due date for each step of the project. No matter how vast the multi-step project is, we’ll absolutely still work through each deliverable in our 72-hour turnaround time. -

Our subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancel or change your plan at any time without hassle or fees.
We understand that some marketing needs may only be seasonal. Just send us a message to cancel, and we’ll process it manually within 48 hours. Since we don’t offer pro-rated refunds, you’ll still have access to your dedicated designer until the end of your current billing cycle. -
The number of completed projects each month depends on the complexity of your requests and the number of revisions needed. With one project in process at a time and a 72-hour turnaround per request, most clients can complete 5–8 projects per month, accounting for potential revisions and finalization time.

Yes! We strongly recommend our $800/mo subscription for your first month, to get used to our established rhythms. For those looking to increase output, level up to our $1500/mo subscription that allows for two projects in process simultaneously, or our $2200/mo subscription for three.
Upgrading is simple: Just send us a message requesting the new level, and we’ll manually process it for you.
